Calling all Francophones on Thursday 20th March 2025

World Francophone Day was established in the 1970s to celebrate the French language and culture. So this is a great day to kick start your French language ambitions, or visit the cinema to watch a French film, or join a French conversation class. With some great French food available outside France now, maybe your celebrations could be of a culinary nature?
For those local to Dundee, Scotland, there is the French comedy, Oh My Goodness, showing at the Dundee Contemporary Art’s Centre (DCA) from Friday 21st to Wed 28th March 2025. From the DCA’s Website, “Fun and frothy, Laurent Tirard’s hilariously absurd comedy is sure to lift your spirits”.
Happy International Francophone Day!
